CANCELLATION POLICY
I charge a 100% cancellation fee for all no-shows and cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. A 10-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late will be considered a no-show, your appointment will be cancelled, and the 100% no-show fee will apply. Arrivals within the 10-minute grace period may still be subject to a $50 late fee. Late arrival may also result in a shortened appointment time, as I must honor the schedule of other clients.
